Yay~ my very first couple shoot ♥ ^^ Ray is the ‘some guy’ thats taking my awesome friend Lindsay foreveeer far away to Canada on a white horse plane. *sad face AND happy face*
Didn’t do too badly I thinks? Helps too when they are gorgeous people! Taken at New Farm Park / Power house at lucky for us it was one of the few days it wasn’t raining.
Wonder when I can get paid lots of money to do this.. probably when I can provide enough direction haha! Coz my ‘act natural, like you’re on a date! and I’m not here!’ wasn’t enough ^^;; I’m still learning! Thanks so much guys for giving me the chance to do this and also give you something you can always remember and be vain about when you’re living it up the cold climates of Canada.
Anywayyy.. heres a few of my favourites ♥~
Cannot for the life of me make a coherent post for the last week or so.. because I’ve been lazy busy.
So here’s another mishmash of things that have happened in the last few days..
Dec 14th – 2nd Konad experiment..
Base – Orly – Blackout + VOV Chamon – Lilac
Stamp – Konad special white, Sally Hansen X-treme wear – Celeb City, Revlon Not So Blue-Berry
Top – Sally Hansen Diamond Shine
Plate – m57 – leopard print / lace leopard print
Couldn’t decide whether I wanted to go light or dark so I went with BOTH hence the black and lilac. Celeb City as a stamp colour worked the best so far.. Revlon Not so Blue-Berry umm.. not bad coz its not as contrasty but smell is nice – constantly asking people to smell my fingers (lol! they smell like berries okay?!). The leopard print is turned out reallly good, people kept asking me if it was fake or a sticker. Fact – I’ve only had a proper manicure done once in my life only because Moon took me while I was in Korea =3 I think manicures are a waste of money esp because I’m so careless. In conclusion – konad is awesomesauce I can do myself!
Dec 15th – Guess what this is…
Yup, I went again… and now officially announcing my retirement. It took me 2 days to recover haha.. so sad..
I think this one was the last one for the year (27/11) and had a Christmas theme! Not that many people went dressed up compared to the Halloween one where the majority came in costume so when we rocked up and joined the line and saw almost no one in costume -_-;; I was tempted to ditch mine but I’m glad I didn’t coz I looked damn cute like an angel. Although Lindsay’s mum thought I looked like a rabbit wth -_-;
Getting beamed to earth to go to KK and dance ^^a;;
Okay, actually it was just a random garage door with changing lights
Weird angle angel o_o, this selca is so weird – my face looks so flat! but I’ll post it anyway XD
Went with my KK angel in crime – Lindsay (who is sadly going to be leaving me for some boy an awesome guy in Canada ㅠ_ㅜ )
The ever so Asian poses that I can’t stop doing – don’t judge me.
Outlasting the young ones and leaving Family @ 4am, looking disheveled, sweaty and surprisingly with plenty energy left!
I didnt get that many photos this time round – see last Halloween post but I kept the camera in the boot/trunk of my car and used that left over energy to get some nice morning twilight shots at 4am ! Wish I had my tripod hand held landscape at night = blurry =_= Would like to re-do these shots sometime but its unlikley for me to wake up at 4am just to take photos.. sleep >> photos which means me = photographer FAIL
A big THANK YOU to my awesome friend Lindsay for the wonderful adventures and shielding me from the creepy young guys ^^*!
Will def miss you and visit you in Can-a-di-a ~ aaay?!
Its been 23 days since I took these photos ^^;; I keep procrastinating getting distracted – even now lol, I’m in between windows ordering stuffs from Gmarket..
For those who aren’t Australian, Melbourne Cup is THE famous horse race held in Melbourne every year on the first Tuesday of November. Labelled as ‘the race that stops the nation’ (lol who came up with that) it’s about betting, horses, drinking and for girls it usually means fashion~
So obviously, for it to stop the whole nation, you don’t have to be in Melbourne to be part of it. If you’re not in Melbourne you’re most likely to be watching it on TV.For the special few that get the day off work like me *woot* you can go to a race course or in my case – the Gold Coast Turf Club which was part of Melbourne Cup day races. Awesome because you can see a live horse race too!
This is the race at Gold Coast – not Melbourne cup.. I labelled this one as ‘Horses and the city’ hehe lame I know ^^; The buildings make a awesome backdrop~
My race dress.. and my sailor hat from Halloween ^^ On the advice from my mum and Lindsay. I forwent the usual fasinator/hat that people normally wear because it was more ‘fun’ . Plus it also suited my outfit right? ^^! WIN WIN for multiple usage! Although guys were like ‘Hey sailor’ -_-;; Suppose I deserved that lol.
A very overdue China post.. its been a month since I went on that tour. So this is the final chapter…
Days 5,6,7 in photo spammage – Nanjing, Huangzhou and Shanghai Expo
Warning – Contains large post with LOTS of photos
My favourite photo from Huangzhou theater show
